If your application is not accepted for any reason, your payment will immediately be refunded 100%.

REFUND POLICY: Payment to The Shift Network is refundable until September 10, 2023, minus a $200 processing fee. After September 10, the retreat is 50% refundable until October 15, 2023. After October 15, due to the hard costs of this retreat, your payment is nonrefundable. If room & board is not included in your retreat purchase, please contact retreat site for their refund policy. To request a refund, please click on this refund request form and submit your request. Qualifying refunds will be processed within five business days and an email confirming the refund will be sent. Registration in this program constitutes your agreement to fully indemnify, hold harmless and defend the Shift Network and its Staff, as well as program Faculty and Staff from and against all claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, judgments, costs, and expenses. As a registrant, you further pledge that you are in good health mentally and emotionally for participation in training of a transformational nature and you understand that this course or program is not a substitute for seeking professional help or support when needed. You agree to abide by the program’s stated policies and/or Shared Agreements in order to help create and sustain a safe container and learning environment for all participants.

The minimum age requirement for program enrollment and participation is 18 years.

The opinions expressed in this program are those of the author/presenter and may not be representative of Shift Network employees, customers, or other presenters.

Your public questions and comments during the program may be recorded, copied, transcribed, and distributed by The Shift Network and used in perpetuity, and you consent in advance to these uses, as well as to the use of your image should you appear in a program-sponsored photo or video.

The Shift Network reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse admittance into any course or program, or to terminate and refund the registration of any individual from any course or program it offers at any time. The Shift Network also reserves the right to cancel the registration without refund of any participant who defaults on their tuition payment agreement, and to remove individuals from conference calls and community forums on Facebook or other platforms when deemed necessary to preserve the well-being of the group and its members, faculty and staff.

The Shift Network also maintains the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of its online forums, social media pages and websites, and to remove any material or postings determined by The Shift Network to be inappropriate, destructive or otherwise objectionable, including but not limited to posts promoting other businesses or services, discussions not relevant to the specific course content, hostile or inflammatory remarks, and may remove such posts at its sole discretion and without notice.

Due to contractual arrangements with faculty members and other important factors, sharing of course materials and access to the program website and forums with those who have not registered for the course is strictly not allowed.
