With the Founder and Principal Teacher of Radiant Lotus Qigong
Daisy Lee

Experience the joyful 5-Animal Qigong with a guided practice inspired by the Tiger, who knows when to spring into action, when to be fierce, and when to rest and be playful — a movement that can increase your circulation and flexibility, massage your internal organs, improve focus, and strengthen your eyes.

Have you ever noticed how animals remain agile and active until old age?

That’s because they intuitively know when to rest, when to play, and when to hunt for food, notes Daisy Lee, the founder and principal teacher of Radiant Lotus Qigong.

The wisdom and wellbeing of animals is what first inspired China’s renowned master physician Hua Tuo to create 5-Animal Qigong — a joyful form that emulates the movements of the fierce yet playful Tiger, the quiet yet powerful Deer, the steadfast Bear, the curious Monkey, and the elegant and hopeful Crane.

Inspired by the animals’ naturally agile movements and easy grace, and the desire to help humans who become more physically restricted with age, 5-Animal Qigong offers an enjoyable path to rewilding your senses — reconnecting with your most natural state and embodying the wisdom of the animals. Along the way, you can expect to cultivate vibrant physical, emotional, and spiritual health and wellbeing.

Join us for a special online event as Daisy guides you in a movement straight from 5-Animal Qigong, inspired by the Tiger — an animal that knows when to quickly take action, when to be fierce, and when to rest and be playful.

As Daisy will explain, the Tiger represents the wood element. Like a tree growing from the earth, it knows how to spring forth with inspiration and aliveness. It moves its supple spine and powerful legs with ease and grace, focusing its gaze on dinner. Then it makes time to rest and digest and play with its young.

Like the tiger, you can learn to be fierce and focused, while still incorporating plenty of fun into your life. In addition to stimulating the spine, this tiger-inspired Qigong movement can also stretch the sinews, hands, and arms — while supporting blood flow, strengthening the bone marrow, increasing circulation in the hands and fingers, increasing flexibility, massaging the internal organs, improving focus, and strengthening the eyes.

Join Daisy, who is the 59th-generation lineage holder of 5-Animal Qigong, and explore how it can help you self-regulate, release stress, and return to balance and harmony.

As you connect with the energy of the animals, you’ll retrieve the treasures of the past — a more grounded, centered, and far less complex way of engaging with life in a world inundated by social, global, and technological stressors.

In this hour-long free online event, you’ll discover:

  • The origins of this playful, joyful 5-Animal Qigong, and why it has lasted through the centuries
  • A guided Qigong form inspired by the tiger that can help you learn how to conserve energy while still being playful, noble, and aligned with the timing of the spring equinox
  • The inner and outer qualities of the animals and how they strengthen the body and brain, balancing your emotions
  • How to build both inner and outer qualities as learned from the animals — including action and restorative rest, strength and flexibility, and a clear and vibrant mind
  • How to cultivate the animals’ natural practices in your daily life, including intuition, rest, action, movement, and natural nutrition

When you join us, you’ll learn about Daisy’s new live video course where she’ll guide you through the 5-Animal Qigong form in its entirety, just as she learned it from her lineage teacher, Master Wang San Hua, in Bo Zhou, China.

In Daisy’s 7-week course, you’ll dive deep into the full Qigong form, featuring the five animals and their corresponding seasons, elements, and organs. You’ll learn hand forms, stances, how to embody the animals’ qualities, and how they teach us to cultivate focus and awareness, inspire neutral compassion within us, and much more.

“I am reminded of the joy of being...”

The sessions with Daisy have been extraordinary. Her explanations about the movements, their functions, and the interplay of energy, mind, emotions, and body are many. “I have lost 10 pounds, stopped drinking alcohol.”

By the end of [my first Qigong class], I knew I’d found the pathway I’d been looking for. I practice (play) Qigong twice daily. The benefits of my practice have been immediate and very profound. I have lost 10 pounds and stopped drinking alcohol. More importantly, I now also have a way to wake up my body and mind when I feel stuck, sluggish, or simply tired. I know that by incorporating this practice into my daily life, I have added quality to my life and probably years to it as well. I am forever grateful for this awakening.

“I can notice a difference in myself and how profound this work is.”

I have been doing Radiant Lotus Women’s Qigong every day since I got back from China and love it. I had a lump on the side of my left chest. It was a good size. It is now gone. Also, I can notice a difference in myself and how profound this work is. I have so many patients I know I can help by teaching them the tools of this type of Qigong. This is some amazing work!
— Cynthia Abbott, Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner and acupuncturist, Ontario, Canada

“I have not used my cane to walk since the workshop...”

In my younger years, I was a 6-time world champion in kickboxing and combat fighting, but about five years ago my life changed after a bad accident on a motorcycle. For years I have been in pain, dealing with issues around my back, hips, and knees — so much so that I needed to use a cane just to walk. After just three hours at Daisy’s Qigong seminar, I was amazed how the movements and energy began to relax my body and release pain that was chronically affecting me. I see now how Qi or energy can be utilized to heal and strengthen the body, organs, and the mind. I have been consistent in using the techniques Daisy taught me in class, and through her DVDs I can continue to learn and understand how to heal myself along with those around me. I have not used my cane to walk since the workshop, and am so very grateful to Daisy.
